The Oil and Gas Drilling, Production and Management Engineering Skills Group (KK TPPMM) is a combination of allied areas of expertise which were originally under the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, in the context of teaching restructuring carried out by ITB. In the TPPMM KK, a spirit of togetherness is developed to develop the capabilities of lecturers and efforts are made to produce quality works on a national and international level that are of real benefit to the national oil and gas industry through the provision of education, research and community service.

These efforts are in order to form a strong expertise group in:

Contributing to international standard education through good teaching and guidance from lecturers and teaching materials;
Produce works, both papers and other products, of national and international level;
Creating institutions that are close partners and have direct benefits for the oil world, especially Indonesia.

The targets of the TPPMM KK program are primarily to:

Creating a conducive academic atmosphere;
Embodiment of the latest science and technology into the education and research process;
Standardization of educational processes and quality assurance;
Curriculum development;
Link and Match between oil and gas industry and institutions with KK education and research;
Continuing Education.
